ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED THERE IS UNFORTUNATELY NO REFUND OR CANCELLATION EVEN IF ORDER HAS NOT BEEN SENT OUT. ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED THAT IS FINAL.

Due to the nature of the product, there is strictly no refunds or exchange unless we have sent you the wrong item on our end or that may be faulty, if this has happened please notify us of this error with 5 business days, or unfortunately we wont be able to correct this for you.

Please ensure when placing an order that is it your responsibility to fill in the correct details e.g, product selection, full name, address & email. Once you have completed your order, we can't alter your details manually therefore it is not our responsibility if it gets delivered incorrectly.

If you have shipping insurance please note any damages in transit as well as lost parcels will be automatically be sent out on us. This requires full photo evidence as well as time stamps.
