Shipping policy
At Barbielabs, we work hard to get your order packed and dispatched as quickly as possible.
Processing Time
● Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
● During promotions, product launches or sale periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
Dispatch Days
Orders are dispatched Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (excluding NSW public holidays).
Orders placed after our final Thursday dispatch will be shipped the following Monday.
Delivery Timeframes
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
Standard Shipping
● NSW Metro: 2–4 business days
● Interstate Metro: 3–7 business days
● Regional & Remote Areas: 5–10 business days
Express Shipping
● Most metro areas: 1–3 business days
● Regional areas may require additional time.
Please note these are estimates only and may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.
Incorrect Shipping Details
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. Barbielabs cannot be held responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once your parcel has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the courier. If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we’ll gladly assist in lodging an enquiry with the carrier.
